Overview
Zentrova Technologies was founded in Hanoi in 2010 by twelve engineers who shared one belief: Vietnamese engineers could build world-class software. Sixteen years on, Zentrova is the technology partner of more than 350 clients in 18 countries, with around 2,600 engineers working across six centres in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Tokyo, Singapore and Munich. From the start, we have grown by earning trust one project at a time.
We offer five core services: enterprise software engineering, cloud & DevOps, data & AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation & ERP. Every engagement runs on CMMI Level 5 processes and an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
We do more than provide engineering capacity. Zentrova works alongside clients from consulting and design through to long-term operations, helping them turn technology into a lasting competitive advantage. Many of our clients have worked with us for more than eight years.

In 2010, twelve of us started Zentrova in a small office in Hanoi with a whiteboard and a belief that software built by Vietnamese engineers could stand alongside the best in the world. Sixteen years later, that belief has been recognised by more than 350 clients in 18 countries, thanks to the dedication of 2,600 Zentrova engineers and the trust you have placed in us. With our 2030 strategy, we are entering a new chapter: moving from delivery partner to co-creator, and investing heavily in data, AI, cybersecurity and, above all, in people. We know that every project is a promise, and that a reputation is built only on promises kept. None of this would be possible without the people who choose to build their careers with us.

Our history
- 2010Zentrova is founded
Twelve engineers found Zentrova in Hanoi, starting with software development projects for local businesses.
- 2014Tokyo office opens
A representative office and bridge team are established in Japan, opening up our most important international market.
- 2016Da Nang delivery centre
Our second delivery centre opens in Da Nang with its first 30 engineers, and we achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification.
- 2018Passing 1,000 engineers
The Ho Chi Minh City delivery centre opens and our workforce passes 1,000 engineers.
- 2020Data & AI division and Singapore office
We launch the Data & AI division and open our Southeast Asia regional office in Singapore.
- 2023Expanding into Europe
Our European office opens in Munich, and we achieve CMMI Level 5 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
- 2026The Zentrova 2030 strategy
We reach 2,600 engineers, launch the Zentrova Nexus platform, open a new Da Nang campus and adopt the 2030 strategy.
